British Red Cross (Refugee Support)

We provide support for refugees, asylum seekers and vulnerable migrants, including unaccompanied children seeking asylum and victims of trafficking.

If you are a refugee, asylum seeker or vulnerable migrant in the UK, or if you know someone who is, our team may be able to support you with:

• emergency help
• one-to-one casework
• one-off support
• information and signposting about where to get help.

The support we give may come from the Red Cross or we may refer you to other organisations.

Our phone line is open at the following times:

Monday 10am - 12pm

Tuesday 10am - 1pm

Thursday 10am - 1pm

Friday 10am - 12pm

Meetings in our office are by appointment only.
