About Us
At Outside Links we support the local community, such as the homeless and vulnerable. We do this by providing everyone with a meal and hot or cold drinks, and a safe place to relax.
- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are shower days when towels and shower gel/shampoo are provided for those who want one.
- Clients are also able to use our phone to support with a variety of different things including, housing, and benefits.
- We can help support completing online forms and provide Foodbank vouchers.
- Clients can have their post sent to the Outside Links as a care of address.
- Outside Links can help provide a letter of support if they have no ID.
- Outside Links can help with opening a bank account and support the application of Universal Credit or PIP claims.
- Wednesday afternoons are Women Only Wednesdays 1300-1600. This is to provide a safe place for vulnerable women. The drug and alcohol agency CGL-Aspire come in and provide food and drink, as well as services such as hair braiding, make up and dancing.
- On the first Wednesday of every month, we have Haircuts for Homeless who come in and provide haircuts and shaves for everyone, as well as on occasion providing free hair products.

We also have regular agencies who visit and either have appointments or will just be there to support anyone who wishes to engage. These include:
- Hepatitis C Trust
- Forgotten Feet - Once a month, providing regular chiropody/podiatry service for those in need and unable to access this service elsewhere.

- LADS
- St Giles
- Peterborough City Council Housing Outreach Team
- Doctor twice per week
- PSS

(08:30 – 10:15 Monday to Friday) - Peterborough - Bradfield House, First Floor, Westgate, Peterborough, PE1 2SY
(10:30 – 16:00 Monday to Friday)
