GPN is a not for profit GP federation set up in 2015 initially set up to deliver evening and weekend GP access. Since then GPN have expanded to meet the wider needs of our patient population, GP practices and local health and care system.
Mental health services for those that are homeless or at risk of homelessness in the form of a GP and psychotherapy service. These drop in clinics are run across the city at several partner sites, aimed at those who are struggling to engage with mainstream health services. Taking a multi agency approach we work with partners to achieve mental health stability to secure and maintain accommodation whilst empowering patients to engage in mainstream GP services.
GPN also provide trauma based therapy in the form of psychotherapy for one to one therapy sessions.
Our therapist also provides trauma based training and strength based training to homeless partners across the city of Peterborough.
